An excellent father and someone who loved his friendships and involvement in church and volunteer endeavors with PVA (Paralyzed Veterans of America), Bill was a genuinely good natured and kind man that worked hard to overcome his physical/health challenges so that he could continue to make an impact in all of our lives.
