her twin brother Walter Hafner. She married her husband Frank Lahr at St Boniface

Together, living most of their years in the Salem area.
Walneta was a homemaker, a Cherry Growers Cannery Worker for 20 years and a loving mother and grandmother who always put family first. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her. Frank Lahr passed away 5 years ago. Walneta is survived by her three children, David Lahr, Judy King and Jeffery Lahr, her brother Walter Hafner, five grandchildren and two great grand children. Since her husband's death, she has made her home in Keizer under the care of Brenda Nichols in a private adult foster care home. All of us have warm memories of
her family meals, and loving ways.
