Ronald Dale Huff, 69 of Salem, Oregon died September 4, 2019 in Tonopah, Arizona. He was born in Eugene, Oregon on September 14, 1949 to Vernon and Betty (Gibson) Huff. Ronald attended De Anza H.S. in Richmond, California and then joined the US Army before enrolling at Contra Costa Community College. Ronald was a truck driver most of his life and drove for Schneider National. He loved crabbing, movies, motorcycles, the Cowboy Junkies music, reading, fishing at Hat creek, playing the guitar, animals and the San Francisco Giants, but most importantly he loved spending time with his family. He was extremely knowledgeable and everyone thought of him as very kind and generous.
He is preceded in death by his sister in law Carrie Huff. Ronald is survived by his daughter Bonnie Asher (Justin Asher); Brother Thomas Huff; niece Sarah Huff and ex-wife and friend Jill Allen.
Burial will be in Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
