Lyle Eugene Runner (Lionel the Woodworker)was born and raised in Salem, Or. He married Virginia Bandy
on Sept. 9, 1950 in Salem, Or. He worked as an Electrician, Mechanic, and an appliance repairman. His hobbies included model railroading, motorcycle riding, SCA, And woodworking. Surviving and left to honor his life are daughters; Diana Sherrill of Salem, Or, Gwynn Gould of Salem, Or, Julia Swartwout Salem, Or, Patti Bustamante of Salem, Or, Peggy Reynolds Salem, Or. Sons; Michael Runner of Lyons, Or, Brian Runner of Salem, Or. 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 3p.m. Sat. Sept. 28, 2013 at Salem Missionary Baptist Church, 12234 River Rd. NE Gervais, Or 97026. Please send flowers to Keizer Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services, 4365 River Rd N. Keizer, Or 97303.
