Lisa Jane Dailey, born on June 24, 1955, in McMinnville, Oregon, passed away on March 4, 2024, at Salem Hospital in Salem, Oregon. She was the beloved daughter of Mary and Rouleigh Francis and was preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents Ora & Will Francis and Maria & Herman Klinger, her brother Bill Francis (who was a father figure to Lisa), and her best friend Koko Chapman.

Lisa leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion, survived by her children Rachelle, Ryan, and Eric Rhinehart, her sisters Kathy Hammer and Marsha Clark, her grandchildren Alexis Milner, Hayley Rhinehart, Addison Cochran, Aiden Cochran, Eric Rhinehart, and River Rhinehart, as well as her cherished pets Jack, Jetta, and Beta-Max.

In her earlier years, Lisa worked for the State of Oregon, Department of Transportation before retiring. She was known for her caring soul and deep empathy, always willing to help those in need. Lisa had a special connection with children, spending countless hours with her grandchildren, creating precious memories that will be cherished forever.

Lisa had a variety of interests and hobbies that brought her joy. She loved spending time at the beach, collecting agates and rocks, as well as crystals that adorned her home. Lisa enjoyed camping trips with her family and had a passion for Harley Davidson motorcycles, tie-dye, dolphins, and Coca-Cola collectibles. Her favorite color was Orange, and she had a love for animals, with her pets Jack, Jetta, and Beta-Max holding a special place in her heart.

A self-proclaimed hippie, Lisa embraced a peaceful and loving approach to life, always leading with her heart. She faced challenges with a smile and persevered through tough times with grace and resilience. Lisa's kindness and generosity touched the lives of those around her, and she had a profound impact on everyone she met.

A service to celebrate Lisa's life will be held at Keizer Funeral Chapel on River Road North in Keizer, Oregon, on March 11, 2024, at 2:00 PM.

A special message of gratitude is extended to her brother Bill, who lovingly cared for Lisa both on Earth and now in Heaven.

Lisa Jane Dailey will be dearly missed but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all those who were fortunate enough to know her. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love and light that she shared so generously with the world.
