June Lemke of Keizer died January 6, 2017, she was 68 years of age.
June was born to Kathryn and Jim Smith on October 3, 1948, she grew up in Springfield, Oregon. There she graduated from Thurston High School in 1966. June married her best friend, Albert Lemke on January 3, 1969. In 1969 they adopted a son and raised him together. She worked for PUC and later ODOT for 31 years. She retired in 1998.
Survivors include her husband Albert Lemke, her son Geoff Lemke, her brother Phil Smith and many more friends and family.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 27, 2017 at the Keizer Funeral Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Restlawn Memory Gardens in Salem, Oregon. Arrangements are by Keizer Funeral Chapel, Keizer, Oregon.
