Duane "Dee" Kadell

Dee went home to be with his Father in heaven. He was born in Edgeley, North Dakota on December 16, 1930, then moved to California in the 1940's. He joined the Army in 1949, married and was blessed with three daughters and a son. In 1966 he married Elvira and welcomed her three daughters and son into his heart. In 1973 he and Vera moved to Oregon. There they built a home on McCully Mountain from the ground up. Dee loved his .44 Mag, was an avid hunter and skilled craftsman. He amazed many with his realistic collection of hand-carved guns.

He is survived by his wife, 8 children, 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren plus 2 on the way, and his brother Chuck.
