Cindra Jean Penrose

Cindra (Cindi) Penrose, 63, from Salem, Oregon passed away unexpectedly on January 26th, 2025.

Cindi was born on March 23rd, 1961 in Portland, Oregon to Erwin (Don) and Carol Penrose. Cindi was loved from the moment she was born, throughout her life and will continue to be loved for an eternity.

Cindi graduated from South Salem High School and graduated from Ashmead College of Massage. She was most recently working as an Office Assistant at the Heehee Illahee RV Resort.

Cindi was preceded in death by her father, Don Penrose. Cindi is survived by her mother, Carol Penrose of Salem, brother, Randal Penrose of San Francisco, son, Brandon (Kay) of Avilla Indiana, daughters, Erica Phelps of Salem, Oregon, and Christina (Ron) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, daughter in law, Raine Penrose of Salem, Oregon <https://www.legacy.com/us/obituaries/local/oregon/salem-area> and eight grandchildren: Kira, Emily, Aria, Finnian, Jamie, LJay, Alaina and Ruger.

Cindi's love and kindness for others knew no bounds. Her compassion, generosity, and commitment to those around her was unwavering. Cindi had a passion for camping, fishing, road trips, sewing, crafting and spending time with family and friends. Cindi had the biggest heart when it came to all animals, as well. Cindi never met an animal that she couldn't befriend and care for.

And even though she is gone from our sight; she will never be gone from our heart, our mind, or our memories. We love you mom; more than you could ever possibly know.
