Chuck Neal Jr. passed away suddenly February 29, 2012. He was born in Los Angeles, California on November 5, 1960. He spent the first 19 years living in Rialto, California. After graduating from Eisenhower High School in 1979, Chuck moved to Salem, Oregon in 1982. He had worked several jobs including managing his family's Waste Oil Services, Fairview Training Center, and was employed at Oregon State Hospital. In August of 1983, Chuck met his significant other Gina. They were together for 29 years. They loved spending time at the beach when time allowed. Just recently, they fulfilled their dream of going to Hawaii. What we will remember most about Chuck is his generous spirit, helping out family and friends whenever needed. He is survived by Gina and their dog Missy, parents; Charlie and Carol Neal of Vancouver, WA, sisters; Sherri of Vancouver, WA, and Debbie of Oakridge, OR. He was an Uncle to Jessie, Joshua, Carolyn, Candi, Randy, and Duane, and a Great Uncle to Mathew, Jazzy, and Bishop. A celebration of life will be held at Keizer Funeral Chapel of Keizer, Oregon on March 9th, 2012 at 12:00pm.
