KEIZER - Betty Lucille (Jackson) Weldon Taylor was born Nov. 26, 1931, in Lexington, Oklahoma. She died Oct. 23, 2010. Betty was a member of Assembly of God, VFW, Cootes and Moose Degree of Honor. She enjoyed doing puzzles and collecting roses, Santas and pigs. She most enjoyed being with family, especially her great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by father, Ephrem Jackson; mother, Bessie Holcomb; Mary Louise Edwards; and ex-husband, Cleon Weldon. She is survived by ex-husband, W.G. Taylor; brothers, Stanton Jackson of Corvallis, Johnny Jackson of Hunst, Texas; sisters, Flora Dutton of Ardmore, Okla., Shelia (Jackson) White and Joyce Jackson; daughters, Connie Weldon-Montero of Salem, Debbie Martinez and Laurie Weldon-Pineda of Keizer; grandchildren, Alshanee, Nakai, Javier, Jesus, Virginia, Martin, Jose, Aaron, J'Shawn, Destiny, Jericho, Rene, Francisco, all of Keizer; and great-grandchildren, Crystal, Coral, Saphire, Ayme and Ayla; and son-in-laws, Baldomero Pineda and Francisco Montero. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010, at Keizer Funeral Chapel, Keizer, Oregon
